The hotel offered good service and had well, maintained rooms. the location was convenient as it was close to the rail station. They provided a clean and hygienic atmosphere and had facilities that made the stay comfortable.
The check, in process required unnecessary paperwork, and the location was slightly inside from the main road. Room service was not up to the mark and the staff was non, responsive at times.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable for several reasons. the location is extremely convenient, being very near to Patna Central railway station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the local market. Secondly, the staff here were excellent. They provided a high level of service with a smile, making me feel welcome and at home. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the modern facilities one would expect. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.
